What Happens When the DataBlueprint Trial Ends?
Your account does not disappear. It reverts to Free Forever rules — read-only and slow-refresh, but warm and ready to upgrade.
One of the more reasonable concerns prospects raise is, "If I connect my systems and the trial ends, what happens to all of that?" The answer in DataBlueprint is intentionally gentle.
Free Forever is the floor, not the door
When your 14-day Growth trial ends and you do not convert to a paid plan, your account drops to Free Forever:
- 1 Decision Topic stays active. You choose which one.
- 2 manual-upload sources. Live system connections go read-only and pause refresh.
- Weekly refresh instead of continuous.
- All historical Decision Briefs remain visible.
You do not lose your Knowledge Graph. You do not lose your history. You simply slow down until you decide to upgrade.
Why we built it this way
Most "trial" experiences in B2B SaaS are punishments. The day the trial ends, your data is locked, your team is logged out, and you are forced into a sales call. DataBlueprint was built by Inzata Analytics — a team that has been doing data work for two decades. We have seen what that experience does to trust, and we wanted the opposite.
A warm account means you can come back at any time. Reactivate, and the Knowledge Graph picks up where it left off.
What you should do during the trial
Pick the one or two Decision Topics that matter most to your business and make sure those are the ones you would keep on Free Forever. If they prove their value in 14 days, the upgrade decision is easy. If they do not, Free Forever is a fair fallback.
